Absolutely. What gets me is if you think what the establishment reaction
would have been if some other sector of the economy had cost us hundreds
of billions of pounds and caused a huge recession by gambling on a
patently absurd "everlasting" boom. What if farmers had done that? Or the
mining business? How would the establishment be reacting if teachers had
virtually bankrupted the country by joining a collective delusion that all
children needed for education was to sing Kumbyah all day? The mind
boggles at the kind of headlines "The Sun" and "The Times" would currently
be running about teachers...
