I agree, how many people will fail to opt out of this tax as you can do
in those few Scandivanian countries that still operate it? And exactly
how much tithing would fall by the wayside? after all nobody wants to
pay twice.

The bish should be careful what he wishes for, but he is probably still
labouring under the misaprehension that this is still a xian country,
how wrong he is.
