For those who believe I am underestimating Mr Blair's convictions or
his messianic follies, I pose this question. Would he have been
pressing for an invasion if it had been opposed by President Bush, the
Conservative Party and Rupert Murdoch, while being strongly supported
by France and Germany? Of course he would not have done so.
Phony Tony has had a conviction in his life?
Yes, I agree, Phony and New 'error of judgement' Labour have never
really believed that they've won, with actual good reason, they never
have. Phony was always attuned to the least breeze to shift himself
to. It was a tragedy that the Tories misread the situation so very
badly, they actually believed Phony's lies to parliament about
'weapons of mass distruction'. I couldn't credit their stupidity at
the time, but there it is, they did. Once Phony saw which way they
were going 100,000 Iraqis were dead men walking.
