Maybe, but they could also be compelled to got to parenting lessons, so
that at least any younger children might not end up the same!

Do parenting classes work? Who will pay for them? Who is looking after
the younger kids when the parents are taking classes?

Also true. Mind you, I used to get drunk under-age, but never felt the
need to murder people while I was doing so...

Did you never go drinking with 'nutters' who might have done?

If the psychopath who started the attack had not been present would
the other kids have been 'alright'?

Everyone knows who the nutters are -- I certainly did at my school,
and so did the teachers. So why not take drastic action at the first
small, obvious sign of psychopathy?

Should your parents have been sent to parenting classes? They
obviously got things wrong with you... :-)
