Interesting. Isnt this what companies are effectively doing when they
issue more shares? They are creating money out of public confidence in
their company. However, although they are creating the "value" that the
money will represent, the "paper" money (if it ever exists) is still being
created by the central bank...along with the interest that goes with it.
