So Russell tells that 'a society without a moral framework will not
function' (something I certainly won't quarrel with), and Mr. Brennan
tells us that that people of faith put moral belief and ethical values
into the rest of society (something Russell would certainly have disagreed
with).
That does seem much more likely!
