Mike, How come you dont want to acknowledge the extremely high degree
of
design parameters which are all required for earth to be here so you
can live ? When you look at your Human Body , does it look like the
result of non intelligent unpurposed Pond Scum which by accident
worked its way up to you ? Whats REALLY behind you not wanting the
personal Creator to exist , and, how would it have an impact on your
life ? Im asking serious questions here so i hope you will get
serious when you reply. Thanks Mike.
You've fallen for a classic "Dummy's guide to mythology" trick dude.
Get hold of a copy of Dawkins' "The God Delusion" and read it slowly,
repeating the bits you have difficulty with first time through.
(Tip = Don't fall for the "Dawkins as prophet" FUD some like to spread
about, as all Dawkins did was to compile what most folks knew already,
but he did a sterling job of it and produced a defining reference work
from it. Ok?)
/WHEN/ you've done that, and /WHEN/ you have a clue, get back to us.
Until then, please bear in mind that your argument here is not only
weaker than a load bearing beam made of a gas, but its also so far back
in the current list of debunked-until-we're-sick-of-it garbage its
actually painful to do anything other than laugh at you're adherence to
it.
Here's a comparison. Your arguments look like this, and make as much
sense (ie: none). Ask yourself "How would I explain to one of these
guys just how transparently dumb their ideas are?"
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flat_Earth_Society
Oh, and BTW, these guys think that the science that evidences the
planet being a sphere is, (wait for it...), a Global Conspiracy!
(I kid you not! ;)
Get well soon.

Well ok Mike...if all you can do is resort to defamation attempts
instead of discussing the Cosmological evidences for our personal
Universe...then Ill have to conclude our brief dialogue. When you can
get beyond not wanting the personal Creator for our Cosmos to exist
based on your own ulterior motives, please feel free to email me. But
until that time comes, give the book 'I Dont have enough Faith to be an
Atheist' a read at www.impactapologetics.com
You are way past having a clue about what I've said here dude. Switching
into "Dumb as a stump" mode isn't helping you in any way, and its not
productive either.
There has been no defamation, so stop wringing your hands and pretending
you've been insulted, because your argument is itself an insult to the
intelligence of most people on this newsgroup, which you understand full
well.
There are no "Cosmological evidences", except in the fantasies you are
clearly indulging in here, so don't be surprised of you get slated for
being so predictable, and annoying, like a child that just won't stop
throwing it's rattle out of it's pram, and then squealing for it back,
over and over.
As for "ulterior motives", its you promoting your religious fantasies on
a newsgroup that couldn't be clearer that it is dedicated to matters
regarding atheism, NOT people's "faith" in a religion. I know why I'm
here, and I know why you're here (even though I'm pretty sure you'd deny
it), so go deal with your own "ulterior motives" dude, and leave us to
enjoy what this newsgroup is actually focussed on, and thats not you, ok?
I'm going to pass by the insulting idea that there is anything of any
value in the book you refered to there, and I'd hazard a guess at least
half the regulars here could probably describe it's contents pretty
accurately just by educated guesswork. The title itself is an insult to
atheists, as you surely know, but I'll let that one slide as well. Ain't
I nice to you?
So, as you're obviously in the grip of what could be a severely traumatic
bout of self-doubt, and struggling with a metal illness that can develop
when depleted human minds are exposed to over 2000 years of mind-***
psychological viruses like religion, I'll simply wish you a speedy
recovery.
As long as you are stuck with this illness, I'd recommend you spend your
efforts in a religious newsgroup (and not this one), which should, if you
still have any capacity for rational thought left at your disposal, be
just the experience to convince you that you are indeed ill.
Here, enjoy this surreal work of fiction while you recover. It'll help
you work it out of your system a bit quicker.
