The person you've been accusing of stupidity, rudeness and lies in
this thread happens to be another atheist.

Are you sure? I've seen him describe himself as a
"Christian manque", but there are other things to be,
besides Christian or atheist.

Manque means broken, disabled or not working.

Wikipedia disagrees:

"Manqué is a French word - the past participle of the verb manquer, to
miss - which is applied as an adjective in English to someone who
might have become something but did not."

"Miss", as in broken or not working. It's still used that way in
French. Which is how I took it.

That seems like a pretty good basis for Alwyn's usage.

It's the French root of the slang "manky".

Possibly, although it's equally likely that it came from other sources
sharing the same root.

The other French meaning.

Remember, he's the one who "innocently" said he agreed with the recent
Catholic in-denial bull*** where an apologist tried to claim that
Christianity had influenced all that is good in Western culture.

So you think he's not really an atheist, because he disagrees with
you? Gosh.

Where did I say that? Why lie like a theist?

It isn't the first time he's posted contentious BS hiding behind
somebody else's words.

Quoting words isn't hiding behind them.

He posted them, they are his thoughts. Wherever they came from.
