Hi Dawn :)

Hi, it's not that I'm not, on the general scale of things, happier
than I used to be, but even at my best, I don't often laugh out loud,
so I wanted to acknowledge an unusual reaction :-)

Probably two many negatives in that sentence, but I'm just trying to
say I'm feeling better. At the moment.

Its good to hear you're feeling better and I hope your remission lasts.

I lucky enough to be feeling pretty damn great at the moment and am
determined to make it last as long as I possibly can. So I'm busy
planning a little happiness moments into the calendar over the rest of
the summer.

Have you got anything planned over the next few months ?

Hmmm. Lots of bits and pieces, getting the house sorted out, and the garden sorted out, as both have been basically ignored for the last few years since I've been ill. Teaching myself science. Investigating the family tree. Learning the saxophone. Starting voluntary work.

It's still early days: I finished at the therapeutic community at the beginning of this month, and so it's still very early days, learning to live in the big wide world again. There have been some horrendous dips, but, thank goodness, they've not lasted long. As I improve, I'll be looking at what on earth I can do as a career, with my new-found confidence and abilities - once I learn how to use them!
