My previous neighbours trained their cats not to leave their own garden. I don't understand why so many cat owners are too lazy/ignorant to do the same. And as for the scum who let their cats roam the streets then complain when their 'babies' get run over by cars, words fail me. If you own a pet you should take responsibility for it.

I hope your next door neighbour learns to care for her pet properly.
