That's odd.

When it was rung in the early hours there was a recorded message
saying "Please hold the line" (or words that that effect) - all our
advisers are busy at the moment and then recorded messages of advice
and then if you are patient I'm sure someone will answer your call.

But that's not what you got, is it? They tell you that they will not
answer your call and ask you to ring back later.

Anyway, you claimed it was a phone line where I could get access to
someone to help me.

It's not that at all, is it you lying bitch? It's just an advice line
where they'll give you the same stupid useless advice as everyone else.
