The writing I have done today has given me a certain amount of
black-hearted pleasure. It's to the boss of my PCT and includes the
following:

I am sick of having to suffer screaming panic attacks, sick of living
with 24 hour a day suicidal ideation, sick of being unable to leave my
own house most days due to abject terror and soul-crushing despair.
Sick of all the shit that your evil policies force me to swallow.
