I've never understood why the so-called `experts' think that doing
physical relaxation stuff is supposed to help with a problem that's
purely inside my head.

I think the idea is I'm supposed to think about my Deep Breathing and stop thinking about My Problems.

Unfortunately it's a bit difficult doing Deep Breathing when I'm at work. The public would find it strange.

I usually retire to bed with tea and chocolate and quiver quietly.
The problem with that plan is that it does nothing to help me get over
the screaming inside my head. I'd be stuck in bed 24/7, sortathing.

Mmmm. I find it's usually fairly self-limiting. After a while I feel better, fall asleep, or have to get up for more tea and chocolate.
