Do /you/ know something, Chrissy? I still find you annoyingly
patronising and condescending. You're also demonstrating certain
behaviour patterns that I have learnt indicate that you're the sort of
person who will be friendly with someone until they've decided that
they're not friendly with them any more, at which point you will turn on
your erstwhile `friend' and savage them.

But there's no sign that I seem to know everything. There are signs of
this newsgroup being infected by trolls who slag me off with comments
along the lines that I seem to know everything, etc - for all that such
remarks are purest fiction.

Clearly, you've been believing ths trolls. That's your choice. It's my
choice to judge you based on your decisions. You're an ally of the
trolls - someone who takes their side, against decent people. You're
one of them from my point of view and I'm not so daft as to trust you no
matter what you write.

My self-preservation instincts tell me that you are someone to be
avoided because you are seriously bad news.

but something
must have really changed in me because I find your comments so
interesting & enlightening now - maybe it was the fact that when I was
depressed I couldn't actually bring myself to even read long/complex
posts.

No, it's because you wanted to side with the trolls and other scum-bag
low-lifes who enjoy stirring things here. You chose to follow that
line; now you've chosen something else until you decide on another
change in attitude. I'm not stupid enough to fall for this sort of
thing - at least, not so stupid that I'll fall for it *again*.

I used to listen to Radio 4 & read 'real' books - again my
depression stopped me; your posts have made me think it's time I
stopped vegetating.

That at least is a good thing.

Rowland.
