Not doing so wel l

I didn't go to work again today. I just feel too depressed. I saw my friend last night but she cut the evening short because her boyfriend rang. I tried to act normal but I was dying inside as I drove her home. If she would only choose me it would take all this loneliness away but it's not going to happen. I don't care if she's a liar, I don't care about anything except this loneliness.

Today I was supposed to see my psychologist. I really needed to talk to her and get some perspective, she is able to talk me out of these crises, but I had a phone call from her secretary this morning to cancel it. I cried, it couldn't have happened at a worse time. Then I phoned in sick.

I don't know what to do now.
