I really can't be arsed with it all right now, too much stress, not enough
commitment from those I need it from. Stopped taking my Prozac three weeks
ago without telling the doc and now the depression is well and truly taking
over, slept about 34 of the last 36 hours.

Any advice would be useful, but stupid arse comments will be ignored or
treated with the contempt they deserves!

yeah i just stopped haldol and i'm going to stop depakote too
