`Social workers who were forced by a judge to return a newborn baby to
his teenage mother will today make another attempt to take the boy into
care.

The 18-year-old woman won back her son yesterday lunchtime after
obtaining an emergency high court order that ruled social workers had
broken the law when they removed the baby at 4am yesterday, two hours
after his birth.'
