The reports I have heard indicate otherwise. Scary sizes do appear on
black men from *that* patch of Africa, apparently (but not all parts).
But I've heard one report of a scarily-endowed Geordie, and also of a
scarily-endowed Pole (back in the 1980s, nothing to do with modern
times).

Don't ask me why I get told this stuff. I don't know.
