This is a new experience for me to try a post. so here goes. I read
some of the others and was interested to hear how others struggle
too. Do any of you all get really tired and fatigued with
depression. I have had depression issues for many years now but over
the last year or so I have been increasingly exhausted. Not sure if
that is just age or part of the depression or something else all
together.
just curious.

Hi, welcome to UPSD. I get very tired and fatigued too. I think it's one of
the main features of depression for a lot of people. If it's just over the
last year that it's got worse, even though you've had the depression for
longer, have you been to your GP to see if there might be something else
contributing to it, like anaemia or something?
