No, only for "consumer" things because it's more environmentally-friendly to landfill loads of stereos which failed because of poor soldering.
For medical and military applications (and, I think, repair of existing work) leaded is still permitted - and preferred.
The RS website helpfully has little icons to show which stuff is "RoHS" (Reduction of Helpful Substances) afflicted and which isn't.
There are people over on uk.d-i-y who do a lot of thinking about such things.
