depressed I get the less I cry, is that usual with depression or am I
just becoming detached from pain.


Couldn't say. I used to cry a lot more especially pre 18.My brother
and sister would rib me for have a little cry at sad bits on the tv etc.
The tears don't fall so easily now though sometimes my guard comes down unexpectedly usually a product of painful reminiscences,a sad scene in a movie etc/sad news clip or when i get emotionally uptight and go through the frustration-anger-hissy fit-washed out and weepy cycle.

Mostly the tears fall inwardly though.
