Nutz, go for the throat and contact her ISP. Try to get the account cut
off or at least a warning given. Tell her ISP that you do not want too
receive any more email from her, if she continues and send email via her
ISP service (it doesn't have to be sent via the ISP mail server, just
via their connection) then they will act and sort her out.
