I have my porridge every morning with a tablespoon of strawberry jam, it's
very nice!!

I did read in this natural healthy lifestyle book that's oats are good for
depression, unfortunately because I'm depressed i find it difficult to read
too much at one time and take it in. So i can't really tell why they are
good for you!!

I don't realise I should be eating until i've been awake for 4 hours, it gets me most days. Not all days, i've had a few bright spangly mornings over the last few weeks which are welcome. But on the whole the first few hours are incredible. It feels like i've got to learn about life all over again, then mid-afternoon I go "what was that all about?"....
