Just realised I've not eaten or drunk anything since breakfast yesterday
morning. I'm sitting here in my office feeling so hollow and empty, and
nobody knows.
I've got myself into a bit of routine of having horrifically bland bowl of
porridge in the morning. It does actually make me feel a bit better I
think. The bad diets we have don't help us, though i can appreciate how
hard it can be to care sometimes.
I find breakfast is the easiest meal of the day: I can do it whilst still more asleep than awake, cereal and milk, big mug of water, and cup of cocoa while it's still chilly. I wish other meals were as easy.
And Sir Benjamin, you actually manage to go to work, so congratulations :-)
