I've used St Johns Wort on-and-off for years, though I'm not convinced it's
ever done anything.
It's basically a placebo for me, if it's possible to take a placebo when you
know, or suspect that it's a placebo... Well, I know what mean.
I just feel i have to take 'something' when I'm not on meds, and I'm scared
to stop in case it really has been keeping me stable all this time.
If I ever do go completely cold turkey, I'll let you know...
