(((Dawn))) I hope you're reading, please, please bear in mind that drink is going to make you feel worse...i know it makes things better for a while, but don't be taken in by what it makes you feel after that blank phase, please. Keep yourself safe and TRY and believe that things are going to get better - they will, it just doesn't seem like that right now. Life really will get better, i know it's so impossible to see anything other than what is right now, but it will. And your kids need you, whatever you may think (and no, this is not supposed to be some sort of guilt trip, it's what's kept me from self-destructing so many times).

There's not much drink here, two liquer glasses of whiskey. I can get away with cutting my stomach, my daughter won't see that when she comes in, getting the blood to flow will help. Phone just rang, hoped it was the Crisis Team, but no, some sort of salesman, heaven knows what he tought. No email from you.

aaaack........freeserve have picked this precise moment to not let me access email - it'll be fine in a little while i'm sure, but talk about bad timing. I can post but not receive email, but hopefully it's just a temporary glitch, they do this sometimes, keep asking for my password, and saying it's incorrect (which it isn't)....and then miraculously it's ok again. Sod's law it has to happen now. I'm here and listening, if you don't get any reply for a while, it's not because of anything except **** freeserve.
