I'm not quite with you, Goromoff.
Are you uploading your web pages as .GIFs? If you are why not upload
them as HTML, or even PDF? I know nothing about 110mb.com's web builder
facility. I have all my web pages in HTML format and just FTP them to
my webspace. Sorry I'm not much help.

Thanks very much for taking the trouble to reply, Mike.

Sorry, I did not make myself clear. I decided to post to a new 110mb
webpage as the whole year will become rather large.

I'm obliged to use the 110b building engine and template as I have no
art whatsoever in HTML, FTP or anything like that.

I've never used their page builder.

If you can use Windows Explorer (the file manager, not the browser), you
can do FTP. Serif will do HTML for you (not well, but sufficiently)

I rather suspect that they have changed a little since I last used it,
but the 'insert from "Word"' facility used to open a new window into
which one inserted the Word material which their engine stripped and
converted as required.

Likewise, their ' insert image' facility opened a window with the
instructions to locate, specify and upload the required image. Now, the
window appears in both cases, but no instructions inside.

Have you got javascript and java enabled? Not sure if they are required,
but it's worth a try.

Yes, I converted my mag to gifs for smaller file size, as suggestede by
Ali. I fear I may be misunderstanding :-(

That was my suggestion if you wanted to use page images on your blog, but
if you are devoting a site to the magazine, letting PagePlus create an
HTML version, and possibly even letting bit manage the upload should be
considered - HTML text is more legible, and can be configured by the
user. It can even be read out by the computer.

However uploading requires FTP, which used to be free on 110, but now, I
think, requires a one-off payment from new users; or they have an
uploader which was very buggy when I tried to use it (but may have been
fixed).
