difficullty with e mails

hi
I don't know what has been going on for the last week but I have not been
able to get rid of seven e mails in outlook express. I have deleted them
all permanently and they kept returning I could not send any more e mails
and when I went into the tiscali site to send a message to Microsoft support
I could not access there either. well all of a sudden tonight the e mails
came back into the tiscali site then I was able to read them in outlook
express what a relief the laptop nearly went through the window in
frustration!!
