Help please.
Fleur's PC has several pre-installed programmes that have got
corrupted and no longer load. I get "Files missing" or ".dll missing"

There is a recovery partition. If I restore to original settings will
all the pre-installed programmes be restored or has she lost them?
There are no recovery discs. :-((
System is a Dell Dimension 1100.
80bg hdd.
256 memory shared with graphics!
2.8 processor running very sllllllooooowwwww.
Slower than that even. :-)
I'm sorely tempted to take a chance as the PC was riddled with all
sorts of problems.
TIA
Let us know how you get on please, John. I've got a 4-year old Acer laptop
that is in dire need of the same treatment. :-)
