Thankyou all for your various bits of advice.I have been trying them
out - with the exception of the Boo method - since my particular
Sudoku addiction is Killer - which by hand would involve copying a
load of strange shapes - instead of a few numbers.
I end up with a computer method which may not be elegant but it does
work.
I start with Anita's PrintScreen which I then paste into Paimt.I then
reduce the size od the bmp image with Image/Attributes and Save it
to My Pictures and then print it out fullsize in A4 with Windows
Picture and Fax Viewer.
You could probably print direct from Paint, but your way may give better
control.
Would I be better with PSP.I think I have an old version on a Mag CD
somewhere.
It would definitely let you print staight from the bitmap, but I doubt
the improvement is worth the hassle of installing the app.
As for switching off Javascript I have so far failed to find out how
to do that.
I have a neat Firefox plug-in. For you, it's somewhere on the Security
tab of Tools/Options in IE. I think. Probably called something like
"Allow scripts to run", which you have to UNtick. But it's a while since
I've used IE, and I've never used Vista so things will have changed from
my fading memories.
