today. Temperature out there is 8.3°C (46.9°F), barometric pressure 1003
millibar and still dropping with humidity at 87%. Heavy rain forecast for
the rest of today too. Not pleasant. Off in ½ hour for my fasting glucose
tolerance test. Not eaten or drunk anything but chilled water from the
fridge since late dinner at 19-40 yesterday evening, or anything else 'till
11-50.
