After the hiatus when the blog fell over with its feet in the air,

that I couldn't 'do' html, I cleared out, as I told you.

After your explanation of a possible, almost certain reason, I went back
a
little while ago with your admonition in mind.

On there, I found the other entry, recorded as a 'draft' which it had
saved!

On opening it up in the working pane, I found that it had taken the
transported Word text entry and had transformed it into an enlarged
script
with a different, display font.

OK so it took a little time to think about it, but you see what
happened. It took the formatting from the word document and translated
it, by a system based on guesswork mostly, into a web page.
I have several clients with Blogs, mostly based on WordPress, and I tell
them all never to copy/paste from a word processor. Always use plain
text and format it in the Blog editor on line.
I'm glad you got it sorted, happy to be of help.

...... Just a thought Ray,
would it work to copy/paste from Word to Notepad
then copy/paste from Notepad?
'Just curious. I've always used compile/edit plain text direct from Notepad.

Just checked Notepad / Help / topic 'textfile' - says it all. %-)
