I've got it w*rking again by switching off, then switching on System
restore in \My Computer properties, but obviously have lost all the
restore points that I had previously. Unfortunately I'd forgotten there was
a repair windows facility. Just remebered that there was a Repair IE in
systems info of W98. Never looked to see if it was there in XP. Is that
what you meant?
