Please could you help me! I would like to print from my address book a
list of members of a group, on to one sheet is it possible surely it
must be, but can I do it no!!

Is it the OE address book?

Open the address book,
click on the first line that you want to include in the list
hold down the control key and click on the others you want, all the time
keeping the ctrl key down

When you have highlighted all the ones you want
RIGHT click, choose 'copy'

now go to notepad ( or word or whatever you want to use to print them)

and choose paste.

If you need to you can edit / rearrange them as it will be in text format

That's even easier than my "export at CSV and edit" option.
Trust Boo to find the easiest way. :)

I think that a better permanent solution would be to use a combination of
both our methods. Use Ctrl to select and then make a separate group or
folder for those particular addresses which are common to the group Bucko
want to print. Then export them and put them into Word if that is what is
wanted.

As I didn't have Word installed on Windows, but I do know that Ctrl lets
you control what you select and right click has always been my friend I
thought I would try that into notepad - which I use more than Word cos I
also like plain text :-)
