Good thing you had your camera with you, Pingu.
Good job! Hope it all works out well for you.
That was a great post.
It teaches us to keep our camera with us at all times.

Thanks Sea, I always have a camera with me these days. I may go back to the scene
tomorrow and take a few more piccies to help the insurence company calculate distances
and so on, also to show the exact location.

I looked at the location on Google Maps today and noted the street names that were close
by, that will hopefully let the insures know that I knew exactly the locality of the
incidednt.

Totally unrelated, but a friend of mine had a similar incident with a young indian lad.
The indian family is denying that the lad was driving and in fact his 'aunty' was at the
wheel at the time of the accident when he hit my friends car. Fortunately my friend also
did the camera thing with his mobile phone and has pictures of the lad in question, its
not helping matters at the moment but i'm sure it will escalate when their insurance
company starts getting a little more irate as my friend refuses to answer questions until
the indians start being honest.

Unfortunate but true,........ beware of indain drivers and accidents they cause. Get
photos of the driver and passengers.
