Why?
Flash is a proprietary format developed by Macromedia, now owned by
Adobe. As such any alternative is unofficial and unlikely to be as
efficient as the real thing.
You could try Gnash, but as I understand it, it only fully supports up
to SWF V7 so anything coded in 8 or 9 may look a bit weird if it even
runs.



Also is there any viable alternative to Media Player
