Ah, the dawn comes! I finally located "Catch up", Pete,
thanks to your directions to right click and select "Catch up".
Up to now, I've been clicking on Properties without
reading the other choices in the list.

Thing is, I don't have OE on this machine (and if I did itwould be an
ancient out-of-date version), so while I can suggest commands (they're
much the same on all newsreaders) I can't tell you where to find them.
