Re: Question about working on my Google Web Page

I just started a Google web page and I have a question.
At the work area of my Google web page, there are two choices as follows:
+Create a new site
+Create a new page
I know the answer seems obvious, but I'm asking it just the same:
Are those two different things?
Google says:
" Google Page Creator is a Google Labs project, and is still in an early testing phase."
Because of this testing phase, I'm not sure if the choices are redundant or not.

It's experimental and not developed at all.

P.S. At least I found out what they mean by "gadgets". LOL Arranging the gadgets can be a problem, especially if you want to put text in-between each gadget AFTER you put them on the web page. I spent a lot of time fooling around with that. Some of the gadgets are junky looking. Others are very good. I deleted the junky ones because they're only there to show you Google ads. Google is fooling no one.
I hate the way Google FORCES you to open a G-mail account if you use their Web Pages. I posted a comment at Barb's Blogspot and they forced me to change my "reply" address to a G-mail addy. I don't want to use my Gmail-mailbox! I like my Yahoo mailbox! :-(

I'm guessing that to begin with you should choose the 'new site' option to set up the basics. Choose the 'new page' option to create new, additional pages as and when you need to.

I'm assuming that 'new site' will allow creation of the home page. I guess there'll be instructions as you go along.
