not twirly GMT Sunday 6th

I'm so sorry I wasn't up to greet Mike, Pam and Anita earlier on as they
struggled with sleep.

I too enjoy that moment when them pills kick in and everyone stops shouting,
but I have to say I don't much care for the other sensation - everything
feels creepy, as if I'm playing host to a million spiders!

Anyway, 'tis morning now, a fairly respectable hour and I have to apologies
as I overlaid a little. Must have been all that food last evening then late
sleeping.

Rather cold here at present, dry after some wet, little wind, cloudy over
Bill's Mother's.

Make the most of what the day brings and here's wishing improving health for
the poorlies and their minders.
