A baby girl was blown into a lake in her pushchair by strong winds.

The 11-month-old's mother jumped into the water to rescue her baby
girl after the pair were feeding ducks at a park in Moseley,
Birmingham. The woman was described as "upset and cold" after the
incident.

Yes, they should be reporting this, the facts that is cos publicising the
fact that it 'can' happen may help to prevent another accident. I am sure we
can all live without the extraneous padding on the report though.
