"Pam the goose" <snip>

Oh, if you have to cut anything (sorry!) don't cut the breckie, you'll
need it to survive!
Though I can understand you wanting to go to that lovely-sounding barbers.

No, you won't be worried about the journey itself but I can see you
rushing from one place to another just in case you're late getting where
you need to be ... LOL

All I can say about your Dad is - be the Pingu we know and love and you'll
both be talking happily for ever more ;-))
Safe journey :-)

Pam the goose

I will eat no matter what, dont you worry about that! I have food in the
fridge that I may have to throw, or take to leave with Mum. Plan is to get
to the barbers reasonably early, then the brekkie plase, and home to change
into the clothes im going to be wearing for almost a day, and onwards top
parentals. Whatever I forget wasnt important enough and thats that!..

I heard from my Mum tonight that she had a call today from my younger
Brother who is there ATM and warns of cold temperatures at night. My Dad is
buying both of us a hot water bottle each to warm our beds at night. (this
is needed due to the fact that the idea of heating holms has not caught on
in the country so night time can be cold) I remember the winter myu Mum and
Dad went a few years ago, (the year of that earthquake which they felt) My
Mum and Dad telling me how they wer glad to be home due to the cold nights.
