Did a reformat, and decided to use Firefox. Installed an older

Do you have 'any' connection or is it just the browser that won't
play ? I think you use a router, can you ping it? I think I would
start doing a system restore, get back to the freshly installed OS
and then test the connection to the router before going any further.
( Mind you I would also jump up and down, jump up and down shouting
aaarrrggh! and then do a bit of eyelash fluttering LOL)

Just the browser. I can jump up and down, but have trouble with the
eyelashes.:)
Watching tele now......sys restore later :)

Sys restore didn't fix it, so undid restore.
