Back again - for how long this time?

Have just finished another session this afternoon with Dell Techies who have
once again scrubbed the disc and reinstalled. This is because I kept
getting an error message "Windows No Disk" Exception processing Parameters
etc.......... no matter how I tried to click this off it would just not
go - so back on the phone to Dell.
I have installed ZA and AVG and set up my printer and of course the
newsgroup. I have found now that the @
key shows " and I have to use shift and 2 to get @
Perhaps someone here can tell me how to correct this.
Meanwhile I am going to try setting up MSN and Skype but I shall be
reinstall Skype and will have another number after my addy - no doubt.
Oh! and Works Suite would not install so Dell are going to ring me back on
Monday between 4 and 5 to check things are OK and have another go at Works
Suite - or send me a new set of discs.
I now seem to have got "C" back as my hard drive.
Be back later. (I hope)
Alma
