I cannot believe it!!!

My poota just died last week-end and I could not get Dell techies until
Monday, spent hours with the techies based in India who checked the hard
drive - tried reinstalling Windows and ended up scrubbing the hard drive and
reinstalling windows. Have lost loads of stuff and am now trying to get
things back into shape.
But it looks like I am back:-))
