Just thought I'd fill you in this evening.

All your good thoughts and wishes were great and they've had some effect :-)

Just now I have finished the ows and have learned to walk again! Only now I
walk naturally like a model - you know, walking putting the foot down
immediately in front of the back one.

Don't know if models still walk that way but they certainly used to ... LOL

What a change. I feel 50 years younger! I'm walking with no problem
whatsoever - wait a minute, I'll just go see - wow! I can go up and down the
stairs without holding the hand rail!! Now that's the first time since the
bleeding brain that I've been able to do that safely.

Yes, pushing through the ow was worth it! My pelvic girdle is a girdle again
:-) Now to see if the legs stay in place.
