Although these instances could have had tragic results, I reckon
it's a bunch of lunatics. Al quaida (sp) would have done a more

Who decides the threat level? And on what basis? Does anyone know?


The slightly scary thing is that this *critical* level is the highest level
they've got at the moment. I wonder what they'd have called it if the cars
had exploded?
