OK, the logo is now there in the top corner of the Guest Book - thanks, Ali.
You must be used to going round the bend and missing the most obvious on a
page!
In fact I thought I had the said logo file already there, I omitted to note
that it needed changing from a jpg to a gif. Sheer stupidity!
I've inherited the GB and I use jpgs wherever I can on the web so assumed it
would want a jpg, it usually does! But evidently the only access to the file
that the fellow had was in gif format.
Never mind, I uploaded a gif and it's showing, thanks to you :-))
Apart from a few piccies like someone in uniform using a hand-held radio,
the team in uniform searching the grass (!) and a team photo, all of which
are to be taken while they're out tonight, the site is finished. Took long
enough!
But I'm so glad the SilverSurfers went there for me. It's been a great help
towards making it OK. Thanks to all of you :-)
I guess no-one here is still dialling up without ASDL. If anyone is could
you just go and see how long it takes to download? I'd be grateful:-)
