Has anyone got a Satelite navigation system fitted in their car that has
a built in speed camera detector ?
As per my previous posting - the Police have taken to using disguised
vehicles to sit in wait for unsuspecting road users down here in
Cornwall . The latest one (to-day) is a converted Anglian Windows Van.
I dont really want to get into an argument as to wether this is
"downright sneaky" - or a legitimate way to "raise revenue" - If a
camera detector is available I want to get one. Anyone got any advice
on a good one ?
John
Must admit, I thought all cars had in-built speed camera detectors - they
are, appropriately, called 'speedometers'.

I've had two speeding tickets in the last 10 years, so they're now expired,
but if they're going to nobble me for doing 31 mph I'm a damn sight more
dangerous spending more time looking at the dashboard than the road.
