I did not realise the GMT was a `sign in` I assumed it was just a `start
to the morning`, not everyone replies to the GMT
so it is not really a check that everyone is o.k!

Well some of us just aren't around in the mornings, or the afternoons either,
come to that; and the ones who are not living alone have help much closer to
home.
