?
Huh?
:-)
What does a Post consisting of just a single Question Mark mean?
It's that bl**dy keyboard again, I just can't trust it to do
anything right!! :-)
Ah right!
:-)
I think it was as a result of me playing around with that AltGr
thing which set me off playing around with all sorts of key
combinations.
It has no sinister meaning and did you know ctrl + enter sends
messages!!
No, actually I didn't.
:-)
But then CTRL usually does do *something* different, when it's Pressed
in conjunction with another Key - that's the idea of all the "Modifier"
Keys, such as CTRL, Shift, Alt, & AltGr etc - the main problem is
finding out just *what* each Modifier Key does!!! & How it affects
all the various other Keys.
I do know that in windoze Explorer (as opposed to within a Message
Composition Window, or the OutLook Express Main Window), CTRL + Enter
Just Opens a File as normal, but ALT + Enter Opens up the Properties
Dialog Box for a File
& that CTRL +Space Selects (or DeSelects) a File.
& that ALT + Space (in any Window) Opens up the Context Menu for
the Window - windoze is full of little Shortcuts like that.
& that in a Command Prompt Window, ALT + Enter Switches to Full
Screen Mode - which can be a bit disconcerting, when it happens,
if you aren't already aware of that!
